Bosnia and Herzegovina

Within Bosnia and Herzegovina, we offer only one type of shipping service, Express mail (BH PostExpress). 

Shipping service description and delivery times: 

   (Express mail) Delivery time is 1 to 2 days from the date of dispatch (depending on the period of the day when the order was created, without weekends or national holidays). BH PostExpress service includes delivery to your address regardless of the number of books ordered. We will send all orders by express mail received Monday to Friday by 12h or Saturday by 10h the same day and everything else the next working day. Online tracking is available for this type of shipping service. Note: All orders will be dispatched within 48 hours (usually within 24h, without weekends or national holidays). If some of the titles are currently not in stock (e.g. due theft or force majeure), our staff will contact you immediately to confirm the new delivery time.

Shipping charges (Valid from 31.10.2024.):

When you choose express mail (BH PostExpress), with order value under 35,00 KM, the shipping fee is at least 8,00 KM.

When you choose express mail (BH PostExpress), with order value of 35,00 KM or more, the shipping fee is at least 5,00 KM.

When you choose express mail (BH PostExpress), with order value of 200,00 KM or more, the shipping fee can be free, depending on the weight of the shipment, and is automatically calculated when creating an order in the cart.

All orders are sent without shipping insurance.

Delivery issues and claims:

If you did not receive the shipment within the above-mentioned scheduled delivery time, please first check the status of your shipment online yourself using the "Track shipment" button in the e-mail you have received after the shipment is sent and / or contact your local post office with the shipment number from the delivery note attached to the same e-mail. If you are not satisfied with the information you have found or received, you can send us an additional inquiry by e-mail to perform the same check on our part.

If you have not received the ordered books, and the online status for tracking the shipment is "Shipment delivered", please contact us by e-mail as soon as possible to make an additional request for the shipment tracking and the signed document of delivery. Such a shipment claim can last from 3 to 10 days.

If the shipment has been delivered to you, but the items are damaged in transport, please contact us by e-mail as soon as possible with the photos of damage to the items attached.

Worldwide

Unfortunately, we do not offer shipping outside of Bosnia & Herzegovina.

Cancellation Policy

When we cannot ship the order within the above terms, the buyer has the right to cancel his order and he will get a full refund. If for some reason, out of our control (in-shop theft, damaged goods etc.), the product from your order is not in stock, we will contact you with a replacement option or a full refund.

Damage and Returns

For all orders fulfilled under the terms above, we do not accept returns. Please make sure your e-mail and postal address is correct before placing an order, we will not be responsible for any incorrect addresses. Shipments are not insured, so once we send the package via postal service, it is then their responsibility for any shipping delays or damage of packages. You will not be refunded for the purchase from us if the postal service delivers the package damaged. However, please contact us immediately with a full description of the problem.
