What are the transport costs and to which countries do you export books?

Do you have all the products that are published on your website in stock, i.e. is "Availability" label accurate?

We do have all the products that are published on our website with availability "In Stock" in our bookshop (except in very rare cases, due to theft between two inventories or if the products were sold in the exactly the same moment as online).

What types of payment do you offer?

For all orders within B&H you can pay by cash upon delivery, online with your Visa or MasterCard credit or debit card via Raiifeisen Bank e-pay system, via your PayPal account, or directly in our bookshop in Sarajevo (Zmaja od Bosne 7, Importanne Center, Floor +1 / Mezzanine) with cash or by Visa and MasterCard credit and debit cards, depending on your payment type selection while creating the order in a cart. For all orders with the billing address outside of B&H you can pay online with your Visa or MasterCard credit or debit card via Raiifeisen Bank e-pay system or via your PayPal account. The order has been created, but the payment has not been made, is it possible to change the type of payment?

In order to change the payment type, you have to cancel your previous order and create a new order and to select the desired type of payment.

We tried to pay for the order by card, but the transaction failed. Do you know why?

Online credit and debit card payments can fail for several reasons (insufficient funds in the account, a large number of daily or monthly transactions, a ban on online shopping ...), so please contact your bank before attempting a new card payment to receive accurate information as to why the previous transaction was not successfully completed. All banks have "General Terms and Conditions for the Use of Individual Cards" which usually contain a clause such as "The Bank has the discretion to limit the daily and monthly use of cards according to the number and the total amount of transactions depending on the type of transactions and the approved limit ... ", but in accordance with the Law, each cardholder may, at his own request, obtain this information from his bank.

Is it possible to reserve books?

Reservations are only possible online and only if you pick up the books at our bookshop in Sarajevo.
You can make a reservation by adding the books you want to your cart, and when creating an order, be sure to select "Pickup in bookshop" in field 3 (Shipment). If you select "Pay in bookshop“ in field 4 (Payment), you can pick up the reservation within 3 days from the day it is created, and if you choose "PayPal" or " Debit or credit card payment" and successfully make the payment, you can pick up the order within 30 days from the day the order is created.

Do you have any used books in your shop?

No. We only have new books in English.

What are the working hours of a bookshop in Sarajevo?

Working hours are Monday to Friday from 10 to 18h and Saturday from 10 to 14h. Bookshop is closed on Sunday and holidays, but you can browse and buy online 24/7. You can always view working hours for a current week here.

Is it possible to pay for the order via bank transfer, and if so, to which bank account number?

Unfortunately, we do not accept payments via bank transfer for online orders.

How safe and secure is to shop via books.ba?

All online transactions are done via Raiffeisen Bank and PayPal systems and everything is automatically encrypted with a Secure Sockets Layer protocol (SSL) with an encryption key length of at least 256-bits (the highest level commercially available). We maintain industry-leading standards, procedures and processes to protect your personal information. Books.ba does not sell or rent your personal information and respects your preferences and we do not have any access to your credit card details!

Is it possible to browse and order books via tablet or mobile phone?

Yes. Wherever you are, whatever you do - you can browse, check title availability and shop at books.ba with any web-friendly mobile device!
