Gift Card general Terms & Conditions

- Gift Card is redeemable only for the purchase of items offered online at www.books.ba.
- Expiry in 30 days from the date of issue if used as one time coupon (there is no expiration date if the code is registered online at least 24 hours before the expiration date of the voucher - see the section below "HOW TO USE ONLINE").
- Non-refundable. No cash value. No change or credit offered.
- Balance over the amount of the gift card must be paid at time of purchase.

How to use books.ba Gift Card:

- You can use your Gift Card online for purchases via our web shop. You cannot use Gift Card in our bookshop (brick-and-mortar), unless you have previously created an online order with the option to pick up items in the bookshop.

- HOW TO USE ONLINE: To use your Gift Card online at www.books.ba, you will have to register on our web shop first and after successful registration, you can use the amount from the Gift Card multiple times, until you spend the complete amount.

To add the amount from your Gift Card to your account, please log in and go to Your Account > Gift Balance History on the main menu, and input code from the Gift Card into the field "Add a Gift Card code" and click the button "Apply".

The amount form the Gift Card immediately goes to your online balance, which has no expiration date and you can always view your balance status and usage history.

Your balance will always be shown also during checkout in field 5, and in order to use your balance for the payment, you only have to click "Apply".

After you click apply, the payment method in field 4 will change to Gift Card

and the total amount in field 6 will be reduced by the Gift Card balance.
